Our Check in Time is 3:00 PM; checkout time is 12:00 PM. All guests arriving before 3:00PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. Our Front Desk can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable for guests attending functions on departure day.
The Hotel offers complimentary parking spaces.
The Hotel offers Complimentary Shuttle to and from San Francisco Airport. The shuttle leaves the hotel every hour on the hour starting from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Guest arriving from San Francisco Airport can call the hotel directly (650-570-5700) for pick up anytime between 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- A fee of $25.00 will be charged for every one hundred (100) pounds delivered per vendor.
- The Hotel does not have a loading dock. No pallets are accepted.
